Information providers submit updated data to Etihad Credit Bureau on daily basis. For non-banking sector, data is submitted on a monthly basis due to its less dynamic nature.

If you have raised a data correction request through Etihad Credit Bureau then you will receive an email update as soon as the data is updated.
Please note, however, that Central Bank of UAE regulations specify that information providers are required to respond within 10 working days. Once this time has passed, we suggest you follow up by replying to the email you received upon your request.

Etihad Credit Bureau collects data from UAE-based information providers. However, and as and when laws and regulations permit, Etihad Credit Bureau will add foreign credit data whenever possible.

The Credit Score is a three-digit number that predicts the likelihood of an individual or a company to miss payments in the next 12 months.
This Credit Score ranges from 300 to 900 and the higher your score the lower the level of risk. Your score is generated using statistical models that factor multiple data points from your credit profile.
